1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive an SMS or email with your iCarry tracking ID and a direct tracking link.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your PIN code.
Remote/Rural Areas: Delivery may require an extra 2–3 days.

3. Shipping Charges

Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and delivery location.
Free Shipping: From time to time, we offer free delivery promotions — these will be clearly announced on the website or during checkout.

4. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and serviceable PIN codes across India.
International Shipping: Not available at the moment.

Your product is packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

6. Delivery Delays & Order Issues

Unexpected Delays: Weather disruptions, festivals, public holidays, or logistic challenges can sometimes impact delivery. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated time or marked undeliverable, please contact us. We will coordinate with iCarry for a quick resolution — either delivery or a suitable replacement/refund.
